At Jim Shore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted collectibles; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

Pack Your Collectible

Carefully place the item back in its original Jim Shore gift box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton with ample padding to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
